Yes, we offer free, secure parking for all patients and visitors. Our parking lot is monitored 24/7 and is directly adjacent to our main facility entrance.

The clinic is approximately 9.4 miles / 20 minutes from the nearest border crossing.

Arrival and Check-In

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and allow time for our staff to prepare. For first-time patients, we recommend arriving 45 minutes early.

Please bring a valid photo ID (passport or driver's license), any relevant medical records, current medication list, insurance information if applicable, and your appointment confirmation. For international patients, a passport is required.

It is preferable to do so, as they provide a better perspective and comprehensive background of your case. If you do not have them with you, you can request them at the front desk. We will need specific information such as the hospital name, patient name, date of birth, date of consultation, and email address if available, to facilitate the request.

If you find yourself needing medication, please contact our clinic immediately. We can assist you by arranging a consultation with your doctor and shipping the necessary medication to your location promptly, ensuring uninterrupted continuation of your treatment plan.

Your doctor will recommend follow-up visits based on your personalized treatment plan. Regular check-ins are important to assess your progress and determine the optimal timing for your next visit.
